• We provide domestic courier services for both B2C and B2B customers. Our services include Domestic Premium Plus, Domestic Premium, Domestic Classic, and e-commerce delivery options.

3. Prohibited Items

• Customers must ensure that their parcels do not contain prohibited items such as hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishable items, cash, or valuable items unless specifically declared and agreed upon. The list of prohibited items may be updated from time to time.

4. Liability Limitations

• Our liability for any loss, damage, or delay is limited to the lesser of the declared value or the actual value of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenue.

5. Packaging and Labelling

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items are properly packed and labeled. We are not liable for damage due to improper packaging or labeling.

6. Insurance

• Customers are encouraged to obtain insurance for valuable items. We offer insurance options, but it must be requested and paid for in advance. Our liability is limited to the terms of the insurance policy.

7. Tracking

• We provide a real-time tracking system for all shipments. Customers can track their shipments using the HTHC shipment number, customer reference number or customer mobile number. We are not responsible for errors in tracking due to technical issues beyond our control.

8. Payment Terms

• Payments for services must be made in accordance with our invoicing terms. We do not offer online payment options. Payment must be made via cash, CHEQUE, or bank transfer within the agreed payment period. Late payments may incur additional charges.

9. Delivery and Transit Time

• While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated time frame, transit times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or transportation issues.

10. Delivery Attempts

• In case of failed delivery attempts, we will make a reasonable number of attempts to deliver the package. After the final attempt, the package may be returned to the sender or held at a local office for pick-up.

11. Return Policy

• Undeliverable items will be returned to the sender after a specified period. Additional charges may apply for the return shipment.

12. Claims

• Any claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted within a specified time period (e.g., 30 days) from the date of shipment. Claims must include supporting documentation, and we reserve the right to investigate the claim.

13. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate information for shipment, including address, contact details, and description of contents. Any inaccuracies may lead to delays or additional charges.

14. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

15. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
